Admissions Coordinator/Liaison
Job Description:
The Admissions Coordinator/Liaison will serve as a marketing liaison with hospitals, other nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, senior community centers and all relevant referral sources.
The marketer will also coordinate with medical and nursing staff to ensure smooth transition for patient/resident admissions.
Meeting with prospective residents and/or their families regarding admissions, conduct tours of the facility and respond to requests for information on services.
Candidates must be personable and have a pleasant demeanor.
Position requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
Computer skills and typing are required for this position.
Insurance knowledge is a plus.
Must have proper phone etiquette and be able to speak clearly.
Admissions experience is a plus but not required, willing to train the right candidate.
Admissions Coordinator/Liaison Requirements:
A physical examination and/or evidence from a physician indicating freedom of communicable disease to be available upon employment.
Valid I-9 document required for employmentMust be in good physical and mental health.
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Effectively communicate with others.
Salary - $60,000 a year About the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
